Everyone can be a VIG (very important guest) here at elements and that’s why we are inviting all our lovely clients to sign up to our VIG Club. We have created a fantastic, easy to use portal on our website to enable everyone to join.

This FREE service allows you to create a personal profile online prior to your salon visit which will in turn allow you to start enjoying a more unique service that will have you looking your best all day long! We want you to leave our salon looking and feeling your best. We have built an excellent reputation for providing comprehensive, bespoke hair consultations as part of our standard service in order to achieve the very best results for you. 

Why Do I Need A Consultation?

Consultations offer us much more than the opportunity to discuss your next hair service. It doesn't matter if you are just after a simple blow-dry, want a few tips on how to make fine hair look thicker or want a major hair transformation, without your elements stylist understanding your desires, you could be left dissatisfied - not something that either of us want!

At elements, we strive to deliver a 5-star personalised experience every time you visit and believe a large part of your hair journey is built on trust. We really want to get to the bottom of what you really want and deliver a hairstyle that you will love and be able to manage by yourself at home. 

With our online portal, you can personalise your salon experience by creating your very own online profile before you visit the salon. Here, you can create a Style Vision Board and swipe through or upload inspirational pictures of style preferences you love (and even those you don't) so that your stylist can see the exact hair colour and style you are trying to achieve.

All you need to do is tell us a bit about yourself, and your hair, by completing our short consultation form. We'll then put our thinking caps on so we're ready to share our best hair care & styling tips, tailored to you, in time for your next visit.

Better yet we can add any products recommended by your elements stylist that will work best for your particular hair concern directly to your account so you can conveniently purchase them in the salon or via our online shop at your leisure.

Your Online Consultation

The exciting bit about our VIG portal is you're able to complete it over a cup of tea or glass of prosecco in the salon, or, by filling this in before you take a step into the salon we can be informed and full of ideas about how to make your visit as relaxing and enjoyable as it can be. 

We can easily see visuals of what you want from your hair journey as you can easily link to your pinterest board your inspiration and ideas. This alongside your personal consultation means we can get straight into the fun stuff!   

While you are with us, we’ll have the portal open either on your phone or tablet so in real time we can update what you are liking and everything we have spoken about during your appointment.

Finding The Right Products For You

Your happiness, and your hair, is our best advertisement, during your consultation and hair service your elements experienced Stylist will advise you on the most suitable professional products for your hair type and give tips on how to keep your hair looking salon fresh in between visits. We will discuss your lifestyle and your home styling routines and even advise on daily styles we think would suit you and can show you how to recreate your salon look at home.

Within your VIG you will be able to see your specifically suggested products from your stylist along with some great tips to allow you to maintain the look you are investing in at home. Our online store means you have the freedom of getting your products in salon where you will gain the benefit or loyalty points or being able to buy online from home. Now our buy online option is no regular online shop, we have joined forces with the folks at Amazon and Look Fantastic (and that list of companies will grow) so we can direct you their way if we do not have the suggested products for you in stock.

Can I Have My Hair Coloured On The Same Day As My Consultation?

Your allergy alert test will need to be performed at least 48 hours prior to your hair colour service. This also allows you the time to consider the hair colour and plan which we have agreed upon and discuss this further if necessary. Read more about skin testing at elements salon here.
