48 Hour Cancellation or Movement of Appointment Policy at elements Hair, Beauty & Lifestyle Salon in Oxted, Surrey

At elements hair & beauty salon in Oxted we value our customers and your appointments are very important to us. Prior to each appointment, careful time and preparation is often needed by our team, in order to deliver the best possible service. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. For this reason, we respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, or need to reschedule, please be kind enough to let us know 48 hours beforehand.

Cancellation Fees

Our services are reserved for you personally, please be advised that the following charges will apply: 

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice then the full service charge will apply. If this is not paid it will then be added to your next appointment bill.

An unattended appointment will be charged in full or will be added to your next appointment bill.

Late Arrival Fees & Conditions

Please note that if you fail to arrive on time for your appointment, you may have to wait for the next available stylist – the charge for the original stylist you booked in with will still apply.

The cancellation policy is in place to allow us time to inform clients on our waiting list of any availability. Our aim at elements is to provide you with a high level of service and we have put our policies in place to help us to achieve this.
